The protein really helps on the recovery...Awesome! The protein really helps on the recovery... especially since you gotta repeat the AM in the PM, then AM, then PM again. Very tough stuff. The fish oils/flax seed and CLA are great... I added Turmeric to the mix to cut down even more on inflammation. My excsuse for not riding to work (because of the lack of showers) has just been invalidated... thanks alot! So now, I will have to think about getting from Mayer Ct.
